Christmas preparations

The last few days people have been talking about which cakes to bake for christmas. In Norway you ought to bake one type of cake for every day of the week. 7 different cakes is too much for me, so I usually just bake the juicy cakes. I am not that fond of cakes that feel dry. What kind of cakes/ biscuits do you recommend for christmas? I prefer making what we in Norwegian call: -kakemenn -risboller med sjokolade -sarah bernard -kokosmakroner -delfiakake I don´t remember any other tasty ones... Do you?
