10 medium size carrots (shredded or cut into very thin pieces)
5 big spoons of dark sesame oil
5 big spoons of soya saus
5 small spoons of sesame seeds
Almost a whole small spoon of red pepper flakes ( or whatever you have of chili in the house)
Instructions:
1. Warm sesame oil in the pan/ wok pan.
2. Add the carrots: Fry until they have changed colour and it looks like they have shrunk to about half the amount that you had in the beginning... Crisp tender!( see the photo)
3. Add pepper flakes ( or chili) and shake and stir.
4. Add soya saus and shake and stir.
5. Add sesame seeds. Let fry for about a minute.
Feel free to use more sesame seeds or chili... Make a lot as it tastes really great... It holds for a few days in the fridge. And it´s EXTREMELY EASY to make!!! :-D Goes to most meals and is great in the lunch box.いただきます!
